Overview
Rachel Beck represents clients across a variety of industries in complex commercial litigation stemming from contract disputes, fraud and negligence actions, alter ego claims, misappropriation of trade secrets, fiduciary duty allegations, unfair competition matters, and other business disputes or transactions.
Rachel is experienced with all stages of dispute resolution, from fact investigation through trial and appeal. Her practice frequently involves coordinating related cases that are pending simultaneously in multiple forums, both state and federal.
In addition to her commercial litigation practice, Rachel represents individuals and corporate entities responding to government investigations by the SEC, the DOJ, the U.S. Senate Select Committee on Intelligence and the U.S. House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence, and she defends brokerage firms in FINRA arbitration proceedings.
Rachel maintains an active pro bono practice, representing detained immigrant children in state and federal proceedings and in applying for special immigrant juvenile visas.
