Representation in Congressional Intelligence Subpoenas

Rachel Beck represented individuals and entities responding to subpoenas for records and testimony issued by the U.S. Senate Select Committee on Intelligence and the U.S. House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence, arising from the 2019 Mueller investigation. The scope of such subpoenas was successfully narrowed such that the clients produced a targeted set of records and met privately with committee members, minimizing disruption caused by the subpoenas. No enforcement action was taken against the clients.
