Overview
Clark Belanger defends medical device clients nationwide in complex product liability litigation, counseling clients from pre-suit investigation to settlement. He concentrates his practice in multidistrict litigation, discovery coordination, motions practice and settlement. Clark has been involved in numerous medical device litigations, including multidistrict matters.
Clark is a member of the firm’s health and life sciences team, and the pharmaceuticals and medical device team. His industry skills also include counseling app-based clients through commercial litigation.
In addition, Clark contributes to the Faegre Drinker on Products blog. He has written on areas of interest in complex product liability litigation, including the limits of malfunction theory, and the importance of accurately framing the issue of preemption.
