Faegre Baker Daniels is excited to announce nine new associates joining the firm across its Indiana offices.
Fort Wayne
Clark Belanger helps clients defend, resolve and manage product liability issues and litigation.
Belanger previously served Faegre Baker Daniels as a summer associate in the Fort Wayne office, researching legal issues and drafting legal pleadings, briefs and memoranda for various product liability cases.
Belanger earned his J.D., magna cum laude, from Michigan State University College of Law. He holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Chicago.
Michael Miller helps clients grow and protect their intellectual assets through patent preparation, prosecution and infringement analysis.
Miller previously worked with Faegre Baker Daniels as a summer associate. In this role, he assisted attorneys with issues related to products liability, real estate, corporations, construction and real estate advocacy and intellectual property.
Miller earned his J.D. from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law. He received his bachelor’s degree from Wabash College.
Indianapolis
Bradley Boswell collaborates with clients to advance their goals through navigating government regulatory systems and serving as an advocate in legislative and administrative law matters. Boswell has a breadth of experience in government and public sector law at the local, state and federal levels.
Prior to joining FaegreBD, Boswell worked for several years in the government relations office at Indiana University.
Boswell received his J.D., magna cum laude, from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law. He holds a master’s degree from the University of Colorado Denver, and a bachelor’s degree from Indiana University.
Sarah Doty helps employers traverse labor and employment matters confidently and compliantly.
With strong project management experience and an eclectic legal background, Doty ensures companies can focus on expanding their footprint in the marketplace while she coordinates with stakeholders to meet state and federal employment and labor laws.
Doty earned her J.D., magna cum laude, from Indiana University Maurer School of Law. She holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
Grayson Harbour assists companies as they navigate matters related to labor and employment. He is particularly interested in the intersection of technology, privacy and law as applied to the modern workforce.
Harbour has a host of experience in cybersecurity, including conducting cybersecurity compliance assessments, researching cybersecurity policy issues and managing engagements-focused preventative measures using HIPAA, NIST 800-53, NIST 800-171, and other security frameworks.
Harbour received his J.D. from Indiana University Maurer School of Law. He also has a master’s degree and bachelor’s degree from Indiana University.
Justin Hay is a business-minded maven who helps clients seal strategic agreements and resolve complex corporate challenges. He leverages a strong background in finance – and experience supporting a diverse set of industries including banking, health and wellness, and sports – to help companies sidestep risk.
Hay started his legal career with an internship with the Entrepreneurship and Community Development Clinic in conjunction with the University of Cincinnati College of Law. During his time with the startup incubator, Hay drafted operating, partnership and sponsorship agreements to mitigate potential risk to Cincinnati-area entrepreneurs.
Hay earned his J.D., cum laude, from University of Cincinnati. He received a bachelor’s degree from Belmont University.
Employers entrust Gustavo Jimenez with their key labor and employment needs. He helps companies stay up to date on the latest in federal and state compliance standards and navigate claims related to wrongful termination, employment discrimination, overtime compensation and related issues.
Jimenez broke into law with an AmeriCorps-Justice Corps role with the Legal Aid Society of San Diego. He later worked as a legal assistant for a Los Angeles-based firm specializing in employment law, where he assisted attorneys in drafting discovery responses and preparing clients for deposition.
Jimenez earned his J.D. from Indiana University Maurer School of Law. He received his bachelor’s degree from University of California, San Diego.
Emanuel McMiller helps companies resolve and manage disputes in litigation.
McMiller previously spent two summers with Faegre Baker Daniels as a summer associate. He researched and drafted various documents for legal issues related to products liability, business litigation, labor and employment, insurance, government advocacy, and finance and restructuring.
McMiller earned his J.D. from Notre Dame Law School. He received his bachelor’s degree from Williams College, where he served as the senior editor of the Williams College Law Journal.
Amy Waite remains on the pulse of developments in product liability and environmental law, particularly as it pertains to the food and agribusiness space.
Waite specializes in helping clients improve product stewardship and manage liability risk. Her regulatory expertise is matched only by her agricultural marketing savvy, which she draws on to support clients’ business strategy.
Waite earned her J.D. from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law. She received a bachelor’s degree from Purdue University.
