Federico has assisted clients in offerings of debt securities of more than $2.5 billion in the aggregate. He has represented issuers and underwriters in several registered and exempt equity offerings, including initial public offerings, secondary offerings, at-the-market offerings, PIPEs and registered direct offerings.

Previous Experience

Federico served as a summer associate and as a legal clerk at the firm. He was responsible for researching and drafting memoranda on LLC mergers and F reorganizations of S corporations. Federico also assisted attorneys in completing tasks related to corporate, finance and investment management matters.

Personal Interests

In his personal time, Federico enjoys spending time with his family, reading, and playing basketball.
