On January 23, a capital markets team led by Minneapolis corporate partner Ben Stacke helped client Winnebago Industries, a leading North American RV and marine manufacturer, close its convertible notes offering, the concurrent repurchase of a portion of its existing convertible notes and certain related call spread transactions. The offering consisted of $350 million aggregate principal amount of 3.250% senior convertible notes due 2030. Goldman Sachs and BMO Capital Markets were the initial purchasers for the offering and were represented by Latham & Watkins.
The team led by Stacke also included Minneapolis corporate associates Tyler Vivian, Jason Kise, Lexi Pitz and Federico Benvenutto, tax partner Lisa Pugh, Chicago derivatives counsel Nicholas Wendland and corporate partner Janelle Blankenship.
