Overview
Jamie Campisi counsels insurance clients on a range of matters, including dispute resolution and litigation as well as regulatory and compliance matters. Jamie's insurance litigation experience includes representing clients in state and federal courts throughout the United States in both individual matters and class actions.
Substantively, Jamie's litigation practice currently focuses on representing long-term care insurers in complex coverage disputes and bad faith claims, as well as life insurers in lapse and reinstatement matters. Jamie also consults with long-term care insurer clients in resolving issues related to policyholder engagement and aging in place, fraud detection and premium rate increases.
Prior Experience
Prior to joining Faegre Drinker, Jamie served as a law clerk to Justice Barry T. Albin of the Supreme Court of New Jersey. During law school, she was also a judicial extern for Chief Judge Jose L. Linares of the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey.
Personal Interests
Jamie was a four-year starter and two-year captain of the Division 1 women's tennis team at Lehigh University, and still enjoys playing tennis. She also enjoys NFL Football and is a lifelong New York Jets fan.
