Pro Bono
Jennifer maintains a robust pro bono practice largely focused on appellate matters. She has worked with the New Jersey Office of the Public Defender representing defendants on appeal from their criminal convictions, has submitted numerous amicus briefs on behalf of nonprofit organizations before New Jersey’s appellate courts, and successfully petitioned the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit to review a Board of Immigration Appeals order of removal on behalf of an indigent petitioner.
