FINRA Arbitration Team Wins Victory for Wells Fargo

After an 18-day arbitration, Wells Fargo successfully defeated a $6.3 million claim, and won its $1.3 million counterclaim, in addition to $680,000 in attorney’s fees and $120,000 in cost at a post award interest rate of 9% and over 90% of the forum fees.
