Overview

Danielle Prebor counsels clients in litigation and dispute resolution.

Prior Experience

During law school, Danielle was a summer associate of the firm, with rotations on the litigation, employment and insurance law teams. She analyzed and summarized discovery documents, prepared internal memoranda for legal issues arising from contractual disputes and discovery rules, and participated in pro bono projects.

She served as a clinical law student attorney for Rutgers’ Housing Justice & Tenant Solidarity Clinic, where she aided tenants facing eviction and other housing-related legal problems including discrimination and violations of rent control and security deposit regulations. Danielle was also a judicial intern for the Hon. Esther Salas at the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey, where she prepared draft opinions and internal memoranda on various legal issues including motions for default, class action certifications and summary judgment. Before law school, Danielle was a litigation paralegal for seven years.

Personal Interests

Outside the office, Danielle enjoys cooking, traveling and spending time with her daughter.
