Tamara skillfully drafts and negotiates a broad spectrum of software, IT, licensing and commercial contracts. She also provides strategic counsel on complex IP, IT and data privacy issues in mergers, acquisitions and other high-value corporate transactions.

Energy & Commodities

Tamara’s multifaceted practice also encompasses energy transitions and commodities, including carbon commodities and sustainable commodities.

  • Researched and advised commodity pool operators, commodity trading advisors and associated persons on regulatory compliance under the Commodity Exchange Act.

  • Drafted purchase and sale agreements for sustainable emissions management solution provider.

Personal Interests

Tamara enjoys birding and creating surrealist art. Tamara is also a former principal violist of an acclaimed New York orchestra who has performed in numerous concerts at Carnegie Hall.
