Sinead Cuthill advises clients on a variety of corporate matters including governance, M&A and commercial transactions. Sinead is an active member of the London office’s Women Forward committee and Diversity & Inclusion subcommittee.

Prior Experience

Before joining Faegre Drinker, Sinead was a paralegal at a large U.S. media company, assisting with agreements relating to the distribution of content and sub-licensing of Olympics rights to broadcasters. Prior to this, Sinead worked as a paralegal at a large French advertising company and interned with the legal team of a conglomerate in Malaysia.

Personal Interests

Outside of work, Sinead enjoys swimming, spinning classes and playing hockey.
