Nicholett Dabb advises clients in a wide variety of corporate matters including corporate transactions, corporate governance, and regulation and compliance matters.
Previous Experience
Nicholett served as a summer associate at Faegre Drinker for two summers. During her time as a summer associate, she supported attorneys with corporate matters and performed legal research and analysis in a variety of areas.
During law school, Nicholett served as a judicial extern for the Hon. Justice Thomas D. Waterman for the Iowa Supreme Court, where she drafted judicial opinions and bench memoranda for cases before the court.
Personal Interests
In her spare time, Nicholett enjoys running, biking, hiking, cooking and spending time with her family.
