Overview

Charlotte assists clients with a wide variety of corporate and transactional matters, with a particular emphasis on emerging and middle market businesses. She advises clients on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and venture capital transactions as well as general corporate governance matters.

Charlotte also has specific experience working with franchisor clients as franchise counsel in buy-side and sell-side mergers and acquisitions, and advises franchisor clients on day-to-day legal matters, including franchise registration and disclosures.


Prior Experience

While in law school, Charlotte worked as a judicial law clerk on criminal and civil matters for the Honorable Anne Lazarus in the Superior Court of Pennsylvania. She also served as a summer associate with the firm.

Personal Interests

While at Bucknell, Charlotte was a co-captain of the Varsity Women’s Lacrosse Team and participated in the Jeff Jansen Leadership Academy. Prior to law school, Charlotte worked as an assistant varsity lacrosse coach at Swarthmore College and The Baldwin School. In her free time, she enjoys cheering on Philadelphia sports teams and trying new restaurants around the city.
