Overview

Carolyn Gunkel is a litigator who represents and advises clients on critical legal and business issues. She represents businesses in product liability, agribusiness and toxic tort matters in state and federal courts. Carolyn is experienced in all aspects of litigation.

Agribusiness Litigation

Carolyn has worked on cases involving allegations of:
  • Seed defect
  • Contamination
  • Crop damages
  • Personal injury
  • Other agribusiness claims

Commercial Litigation

In addition to agribusiness litigation, Carolyn has represented insurance companies in class actions and coverage disputes. She also represents manufacturers, life science companies and financial institutions in patent infringement cases, corporate and contract claims, and product liability matters.

Personal Interests

In her free time, Carolyn enjoys playing the piano, powerlifting and reading.
