Pamela S. Hollen collaborates with experienced attorneys in their representation of clients in real estate litigation, focusing her practice on eminent domain matters, with particular experience in the states of Colorado and Minnesota.   

Eminent Domain

Pam has assisted both landowners and condemning authorities in eminent domain proceedings. This includes extensive experience assisting in the management of utility corridor acquisition projects as well as helping landowners who are facing the condemnation of their property.

Drawing on 26 years of eminent domain experience, Pam performs a variety of complex paralegal work including document gathering, review and management; database management; legal research; document drafting, including motions, responses, petitions, answers, disclosures and case management orders; exhibit preparation and assisting with any and all facets of trial preparation.

Real Estate Litigation

Pam works with lawyers in disputes involving real property, including FED actions, quiet tile actions and other various matters concerning real estate.

Pam’s experience also includes estate administration, municipal and governmental law, personal injury and family law.
