Real Estate Developer Awarded $4.1M in City Condemnation Action

Our firm represented a real estate developer in the RiNo area of Denver in a condemnation action brought by the City and County of Denver to acquire a small easement and property for a new road project. We obtained a trial award of $4.1 million for our client, together with additional interest and reimbursement for its attorney fees and costs. We also successfully defended against the City's attempt to abandon a portion of the case only a few weeks before trial.
