Overview

Cassidy Ingram serves as a trusted advisor to construction and real estate clients. Drawing on a wealth of construction litigation experience, Cassidy assists clients with contract disputes, differing site conditions, delay disputes, and lien and bond claim foreclosures.

Prior Experience

Prior to joining Faegre Drinker, Cassidy served as an associate construction litigation attorney at a law firm in Seattle. In that role, she assisted construction clients through all stages of the litigation process, as well as offering feedback and recommendations on construction contracts. 

Following law school, Cassidy served for two years as a law clerk to the Hon. Lisa Sutton in the Washington State Court of Appeals, Division II. During law school, Cassidy served as a judicial extern to the Hon. Theresa L. Fricke in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Washington. She also served as a law clerk in the Wing Luke Civil Rights Unit of the Washington State Office of the Attorney General.

Personal Interests

While not in the office, Cassidy can usually be found reading or playing with her two dogs.
