Overview
Amy Jensen is a highly skilled litigation paralegal with more than two decades of experience in all aspects of complex cases. Amy enjoys working out the most efficient way to support each client’s unique needs. Her focus is on complex product liability, including class actions, mass torts and multidistrict litigation in state and federal courts.
She has a well-established career working with litigation teams from the inception of a case through trial, and she is well-versed in e-discovery. Her background also includes work in patent litigation and personal injury matters.
Amy is responsible for all aspects of litigation support, including: analyzing e-discovery and protective order negotiations; conducting ESI collection; managing document review teams; drafting discovery responses and other legal documents; investigating the factual basis of claims; drafting and submitting FOIA requests; locating, gathering, and summarizing client and third-party documents for discovery and fact-finding; implementing and managing large document databases; communicating with clients, experts and witnesses; coordinating the exchange of information with opposing counsel, co-counsel, litigation support personnel and outside vendors; and preparing for trial and trial support, as well as performing legal research and verifying citations.
The most challenging and rewarding part of her position is ensuring the attorneys she supports work cohesively as a team. Amy has been described by her supervisors as the one who keeps the ship afloat and on course. She takes pride in providing a compass through the storm.
