Faegre Drinker currently serves as national counsel for BASF Corporation on putative national class actions and multi-party actions involving BASF’s dicamba herbicide, Engenia, currently with forty-two class actions and individual matters mostly consolidated in Multi-District Litigation (MDL) pending in the United States District Courts for the Eastern District of Missouri.
Faegre Drinker also represents BASF in a case in Texas state court filed by more than 50 vineyards in the High Plains of Texas alleging multi-year losses to their grapes due to alleged dicamba exposure.
