Overview

Kevin Major advises clients on major construction projects throughout the country, with a primary focus on drafting and negotiating agreements and managing projects. Kevin is experienced in public infrastructure, design-build and P3 procurement. 
Kevin also represents clients in construction and real estate litigation, including land use and zoning matters, construction defects, mechanic’s liens, commercial foreclosure, breach of contract, and ordinance violations. His experience includes all levels of drafting, argument, analysis, discovery and motion practice necessary to achieve successful results for his clients.
