Overview

Josh Matushin represents clients in a variety of complex commercial finance transactions. He counsels financial institutions, commercial lenders and corporate borrowers in secured and unsecured syndicated and single-lender loan transactions. Josh represents agribusiness and manufacturing industry clients, among other industries.

Josh also represents clients in the energy and commodities industries, assisting them with their financing and regulatory needs.

Prior Experience

During law school, Josh served as a compliance analyst at the Hennepin County Audit Compliance & Investigation Services Department and as student attorney in the Consumer Bankruptcy Clinic through St. Thomas University’s Interprofessional Center for Counseling and Legal Services.

Prior to his legal career, Josh was an accounting analyst and revenue specialist, during which he traveled internationally to lead accounting trainings with offshore revenue accounting teams and assisted his clients by analyzing and managing large amounts of financial data to construct simple explanations of the financial results.

Josh holds an inactive CPA license in the state of Minnesota.
