Past Experience
Max previously worked with Drinker Biddle & Reath LLP as a summer law clerk, where he conducted legal research and drafted legal documents concerning insurance bad faith litigation, Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act (DTPA), coverage issues, subrogation, product liability and general civil litigation.
Prior to his time with Faegre Drinker, Max worked with Baylor Law School as a postgraduate research assistant. In this role, he worked directly with two Deans and tenured professors to draft, edit and publish books and articles covering a broad array of legal topics.
Max also worked both at his alma mater and Trinity Industries, Inc. as an in-house counsel intern.
Personal Interests
In his spare time, Max enjoys fly fishing and kayaking.
