Risk Management and SAFETY Act
Dana has particular experience in risk management counseling related to the sale of antiterrorism products and services. She is known for her work with the SAFETY Act, a statute that protects companies from civil suits arising from acts of terrorism. Dana routinely counsels clients on the regulatory process for obtaining coverage under the SAFETY Act and helps them to prepare and submit SAFETY act applications for review by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS).
