Overview

Alternative investment managers rely on Andrew Raby for strategic advice on the formation, structuring and operation of private investment funds and their management companies. His clients include sponsors of hedge funds, private equity funds, real estate funds, commodity pools, funds of funds, and various related vehicles and managed account structures.
