Overview

Andrew Seaberg counsels organizations in the investment management industry, including investment companies and investment advisers. Drew advises investment company boards, participates in fund formation and reorganization, prepares registration statements, and handles regulatory filings for both open-end and closed-end funds.

Drew has extensive experience working with registered investment companies throughout their lifecycles. From formation through liquidation, Drew helps clients manage all aspects of mutual fund organization, including negotiating fund agreements and service provider contracts, preparing proxy statements, and drafting exemptive applications. He also negotiates and prepares mutual fund credit facilities and prepares comment letters on regulatory initiatives.
