Overview
Sarah Vandelist supports clients in litigation and dispute resolution. She has extensive experience representing consumers in large-scale, innovative consumer fraud cases. Sarah represents clients in a variety of other areas, and has served as counsel for various issues including durable medical device manufacturers in Medicare and Medicaid enrollment hurdles, and investors in security cases. Sarah approaches legal problems with a fresh, creative prospective using visual advocacy and a pragmatic mindset to facilitate unique approaches to complex problems.
Prior Experience
Prior to joining the firm, Sarah served as a judicial law clerk for Justice Lillehaug on the Minnesota Supreme Court. During law school, she supported high impact litigation by researching in the National Archives and the Library of Congress for the Indian Law Impact Litigation Clinic. Prior to law school, Sarah coached high school mock trial and ran a small business selling homemade clothing made from upcycled, sustainable materials.
Personal Interests
In her spare time, Sarah enjoys design, sewing, cookbooks and gardening.
