Cross-Border DOJ Antitrust Investigation

A Japanese individual was one of the targets of a Department of Justice investigation into allegations of price-fixing within the automotive parts industry. Our firm represented the individual in the investigation. Additional targets of the investigation included the Japanese company that employed the individual, the company’s U.S. subsidiary and other employees.
