MOM Brands Company, a leader in the value segment of branded ready-to-eat and natural cereals, hot wheat and oatmeal, was sold to Post Holdings, Inc., a consumer goods company currently operating in the center-of-the-store, refrigerated, active nutrition and private label food categories. Our firm represented MOM Brands in the $1.15 billion sale.
