In 2015, Polaris Industries acquired Hammerhead, a manufacturer of gasoline-powered go-karts, light utility vehicles and electric utility vehicles, in Shanghai, China. Our firm advised Polaris, conducting legal due diligence, negotiating the deal, drafting transaction documents, and advising on closing and post-closing tax payment matters.
The acquisition allows Polaris to expand its international manufacturing footprint and its offering of off-road products.
