Global Manufacturing Subsidiary Invests in Mechanical Design Affiliate

United States - Indiana | United States - Florida | United States - Tennessee

A wholly-owned subsidiary of a global rubber and industrial manufacturer made a minority investment in an affiliate of a provider of electro-mechanical design, engineering, rapid prototyping, Computer Numerical Control (CNC) mold-making and advanced composite molding services. Our firm represented the manufacturer's subsidiary in the transaction, including negotiating the investment, advising on the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS) and International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) matters, and negotiating a long-term employment arrangement.
