Novae Corp., the second largest trailer manufacturer in North America, completed the sale of the company to Brightstar Capital Partners, a private equity firm focused on partnering with families, founders, entrepreneurs and management teams. Faegre Drinker represented Novae Corp. and its shareholders (who rolled over significant equity) in the transaction. Novae’s founder and CEO Steve Bermes and president and COO Chris Storie will continue to lead the company.
