Institutional Bond Purchaser Closes Financing for Wisconsin Anaerobic Digester-to-RNG Facility

B.C. Organics LLC (BCO) obtained financing for its anaerobic digester-to-renewable natural gas facility located in Brown County, Wisconsin through senior loan proceeds partially guaranteed by the Department of Agriculture through its Biorefinery, Renewable Chemical and Biobased Product Manufacturing Assistance (9003) Program, the issuance of taxable subordinate bonds by BCO's upstream parent company, Dynamic BC Holdings LLC, an investment tax credit, a grant issued through Wisconsin's Focus on Energy Program and additional equity contributions. Our firm's project finance team represented the institutional bond purchaser in the financing.
