Bowman Family Holdings, a family-owned and operated investment firm, completed the acquisition of substantially all assets of Valley View Pork, LLC, a leading gilt multiplier and commercial pork producer. Faegre Drinker represented Bowman Family Holdings in the transaction.
Valley View Pork operated a 5,000 acre, fully-integrated production ecosystem that boasted an industry-wide reputation for quality, high animal-welfare standards and productive livestock performance. Bowman plans to further invest in the business’s production infrastructure and capabilities, and execute on a variety of existing and new strategic growth initiatives.
