Immersion Corporation Establishes $60 Million ATM Program

Immersion Corporation, a leading provider of Haptics (3D touch) solutions, established a $60 million dollar at-the-market (ATM) offering program. The ATM Program will allow Immersion Corporation to issue and sell up to $60 million dollars worth of its common stock throughout the life of the program. Craig-Hallum Capital Group LLC will act as the sales agent in the ATM Program. Faegre Drinker represented Craig-Hallum Capital Group LLC in the transaction.
