Archer-Daniels-Midland Company (ADM) issued $750 million of 2.700% Notes due 2051, the proceeds of which it used to redeem $500 million of its outstanding 2.750% Notes due March 27, 2025. Faegre Drinker advised ADM in connection with the offering and related redemption.
