Faegre Drinker Advises Century Casinos in Acquisition of Rocky Gap Casino Resort
A Faegre Drinker team led by corporate partner Jeff Sherman advised Century Casinos in its acquisition of the operations of Rocky Gap Casino Resort for approximately $56.1 million, expanding into Maryland. Concurrently, the team also advised Century Casinos in connection with a $203.9 million sale-leaseback of the Rocky Gap property.
