Faegre Drinker Represents Applied Products in its Sale to Bertram Capital

A Faegre Drinker team led by corporate attorneys Ryan Miske and Richard Bennett provided legal counsel to Applied Products (APPLIED Adhesives) in its sale to Bertram Capital.

APPLIED Adhesives was a comprehensive provider of adhesive solutions for the packaging, product assembly, paper converting, and automotive markets. The company is a value-added distributor of hot melt, water-based and structural adhesives, as well as adhesive dispensing equipment.  They serve as a critical supply chain partner to leading adhesive manufacturers and formulators by offering reach, high service levels, and technical expertise to an expansive customer base.

APPLIED Adhesives is a portfolio company of private equity firm Arsenal Capital Partners (Arsenal). Arsenal was founded in 2000 and has since raised institutional equity investment funds totaling over $10 billion, completed more than 300 platform and add-on acquisitions, and achieved more than 35 realizations.

The deal team also included senior real estate counsel Paul Moe and associates John Gilmore and Crystal Thorpe, labor and employment partner Dan Prokott, and corporate associate Virginia Speck.
