In the ninth part of our ongoing General Data Protection Regulation webinar series, partner Peter Blenkinsop and associate Jeremiah Posedel examined automated decision-making and profiling and related requirements under the GDPR. Additionally, we provided an update on the status of implementation of the GDPR into EU member state national laws and the status of guidance from the Article 29 Working Party.
