Employment Law Editor Erika Collins Contributes Six Chapters to 15th Edition

Lexology

International labor and employment partner Erika Collins coauthored six chapters in the 15th edition of Employment Law (formerly The Employment Law Review). Collins has served as editor of the publication since its inception in 2009. Labor and employment partners Nicole Truso, Alex Denny and Claire Zhao and associates Megan Grant, Katherine Gordon, Brooke Razor, Charlotte Marshall and Samantha Barnfather also served as coauthors.

The publication is an insightful global survey of the employment law frameworks and related developments in key jurisdictions around the world. It analyzes the most consequential current issues faced by employers, including recent case law, legislative and regulatory changes and best practices.

The authors address the global impact of the #MeToo movement, global diversity and international employment, religious discrimination in international employment law, employment issues in cross-border M&A transactions, social media and international employment and the impacts of global upheavals. The publication covers 33 jurisdictions around the world, and Faegre Drinker contributed the China, United Kingdom and United States chapters.

The full chapters are available for Lexology PRO subscribers.
