Overview
Brooke Razor is a trusted adviser who counsels employers on all aspects of the employment relationship in the United States and internationally. Brooke is qualified to practice in the United States and England and Wales, and is a member of the firm’s international labor and employment team. She regularly advises clients on cross-border and multijurisdictional employment issues.
Brooke is experienced in drafting employment contracts and employment policies and trainings, as well as performing internal audits and investigations. She also frequently represents employers in disputes, including discrimination, harassment and retaliation claims, wage-related claims, and claims involving the enforcement of noncompete and restrictive covenant agreements. She also has significant experience counseling employers on the employment aspects of corporate transactions and conducting deal diligence.
Brooke is a contributor to the firm's LaborSphere blog, which provides coverage and insights on breaking cases, recently enacted legislation and a broad range of employment issues.
Prior Experience
Brooke began her tenure at the firm in Faegre Drinker’s Philadelphia office, where she still occasionally practices. She transferred to the London office in 2020.
Prior to joining the firm, Brooke was an associate at a prominent Philadelphia law firm.
