Sean FitzGerald provides best-in-class tax advice critical to the success of domestic and cross-border corporate and investment company transactions. He is an astute and experienced adviser on tax planning and matters involving mergers and acquisitions, limited liability companies and other partnerships, cross-border transactions, investment fund formations and operations, and debt and equity offerings.
