Heather Moore advises nonprofit organizations on a range of legal challenges. She addresses their comprehensive needs on issues related to formation, internal governance, ongoing compliance, general tax advice, and the preparation of related documents and policies.
Heather advises colleges and universities, fraternities and sororities, private foundations, community foundations, charities and other organizations exempt from federal and state income taxes. She regularly provides advice regarding issues related to the management and modification of institutional funds.
