Polaris Industries Inc. acquired Transamerican Auto Parts Company (TAP), a privately held manufacturer, distributor, retailer and installer of off-road Jeep and truck accessories, in November 2016. The acquisition allows Polaris to continue to grow its off-road Jeep and truck aftermarket accessories lines. Our firm served as primary legal advisor to Polaris on the transaction, with partners Morgan Burns and Mike Abbott leading the cross-office deal team.
