Comcast Cable Communications, LLC, acquired all of the membership interests of XUMO, an advertising-supported streaming service based in Irvine, California that was previously owned as a joint venture between Panasonic and a subsidiary of Meredith Corporation. XUMO will continue to operate as an independent business unit inside Comcast Cable.
