FICO Sells Collection and Recovery Business to Constellation Software Inc.

FICO, a leading predictive analytics and decision management software company, completed the sale of its collection and recovery business to Constellation Software Inc.’s Jonas Software operating group, a leading enterprise management software solutions provider. Faegre Drinker served as legal counsel to FICO in the sale, which was completed in June 2021.
