Faegre Drinker insurance professionals represent insurers, third-party administrators (TPAs) and related entities in outsourcing arrangements for administrative and technology operations. Our team provides a comprehensive range of services, including assisting with licensure requirements and liaising with regulators nationwide on licensure issues. Informed by in-depth knowledge of associated state law requirements, we also negotiate and draft administrative service agreements. And our work on behalf of TPAs extends to regulatory and transactional matters. We conduct research to assess state-specific compliance requirements and assist with mergers, acquisitions, conversions and leadership changes. We also advise TPAs on issues relevant to their businesses, including cybersecurity, privacy, and other general and emerging issues.
