Datalink Corporation Acquired by Insight Enterprises

Datalink Corporation, a leading provider of IT services and enterprise data center solutions, was acquired by Insight Enterprises in January 2017. The implied equity purchase price is approximately $258 million. Our firm represented Datalink in the transaction.

Datalink provides IT services and solutions with 35 office locations in the U.S. employing approximately 570 teammates. The combination of the two organizations brings a full complement of end-to-end technology solutions in supply chain, application and data center architecture, implementation and managed solutions.
